Adler Suite

The 158 m² Adler Suite has two separate bedrooms , each with its own bathroom, a guest toilet and a dressing room. The spacious living area impresses with its seating area, swinging armchair and sauna , as well as a magnificent view of the Hahnenkamm. A fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere, while a separate air conditioning system ensures a pleasant room climate. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the picturesque Alpine panorama and Kitzbühel from the approx. 10 m² roof terrace.

Sissi and Franz suites

The Sissi & Franz suites are approx. 112 m² in size and have two separate bedrooms , each with its own bathroom with shower and WC. The living area impresses with a spacious dining area, a cozy sitting area and a magnificent view of the Hahnenkamm. A fireplace ensures a cozy atmosphere, while a separate air-conditioning system provides an individual room climate. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the picturesque Alpine panorama and Kitzbühel from the approx. 12 m² roof terrace.

The sofa and fireplace ensure a cozy atmosphere, while your own air conditioning system provides a personalized room climate. From the spacious balcony you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the picturesque Alpine panorama and Kitzbühel.
