Our Serviced Apartments

Opened in December 2016 and operated by Thurnher’s Alpenhof, Thurnher’s Residences are the first and only serviced apartments in Zürs to offer that kind of comfort.

Located right next to the Zürserseelift and just a hundred meters from Thurnher’s Alpenhof, they feature spacious layouts, light-flooded rooms and fantastic views of the Lechtal Alps. With a living space of 54 to 190 square meters, they are suitable for couples, families, but also for larger groups who would like to rent the chalet exclusively.

The apartments offer a cozy, modern alpine style that is interpreted individually in each unit. High-quality materials such as whitewashed oak floors and warm beige tones in the interior create a cozy atmosphere, while Italian and Scandinavian design add interesting accents. Guests can cook for themselves in their temporary home thanks to their own kitchen, or take advantage of the diverse culinary offerings at Thurnher’s Alpenhof. Another advantage is the in-house ski room, where you can easily lock up your equipment.

What does
serviced apartments mean?

Guests at the residence have the option of self-catering or taking advantage of the culinary offerings at Thurnher’s Alpenhof. Breakfast can be served in your own apartment or in the hotel on request. In the evening, guests can choose between a multi-course gourmet menu and an à la carte dinner.

A concierge service is available to guests throughout the day to assist with restaurant bookings.

In addition, guests have access to the hotel's spa with indoor pool, saunas and steam room, as well as complimentary leisure activities.

Thurnher’s Alpenhof offers a variety of other amenities that are also available to guests of the residences.

Apartment 01

Enjoy relaxing days in Zürs am Arlberg on a living space of 170 m². Perfect for families or vacations with friends. The apartment has three bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. The open and spacious living and dining area has a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table. You can enjoy cozy hours in front of the fireplace on the comfortable sofa. The spacious terrace offers a stunning view of the Zürs mountain panorama and invites you to enjoy the sun. A special highlight is the private sauna in the basement of the apartment.

The open and spacious living and dining area offers a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table. A cozy couch invites you to relax after a long day on the slopes. From the terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the mountain panorama of Zürs and have plenty of space to enjoy the sun.

Apartment 03

Three balconies offer breathtaking views of the mountain panorama of Zürs and plenty of space to enjoy the sun.
