Romantic boat trips under sail: Discover the island of Usedom from a completely different perspective, charming cliffs and the expanse of the Achterwasser await you. The TOP SEGELSCHONER ‘Weisse Düne’ was built in Meppel (NL) in 1909. Until 2003 it sailed the Dutch and German Wadden Sea. Since April 2004 its home harbour has been in Wolgast on the calm ‘Achterwasser’. 440 m² sail area & 46 m length promise pure sailing pleasure. The trips take place regularly during the summer season.

The spa and healing forest in Heringsdorf is a worthwhile destination for all nature lovers. Throughout the forest area there are healing forest sites as well as trails, such as a sensory trail, a motor skills trail and a poetry trail with different lengths and levels of difficulty.
The approximately 187-hectare coastal forest is ideal for long walks and good conversations with your loved ones or a nice bike ride, which is best started directly from Strandidyll Heringsdorf. The smallest Christmas market on Usedom takes place from 30.11. to 26.12.2024 at Strandidyll Heringsdorf and is our Christmas special this year, like our well-known gingerbread house from previous years. Travel to the island by car: You can travel to Heringsdorf flexibly and comfortably by car. There's plenty of space for your luggage. There are two bridges from the mainland to the island: the Peene Bridge in Wolgast and the Zecherin Bridge near Anklam. From Wolgast, continue on the B111 through the charming villages of the island, past Zinnowitz and Bansin, until you reach Heringsdorf. Alternatively, take the route over the Zecherin Bridge and follow the L266 and B110 to Usedom-Stadt. Then take the B111 through the tranquil landscapes of the island directly to Heringsdorf. Allow a little more time during the high season, as there may be waiting times at the bridges. Once you arrive in Heringsdorf, you will find the A-ROSA Strandidyll Heringsdorf in a prime location – close to the promenade and not far from the famous pier.
Parking is available on site. Safe, convenient and right outside the door: The A-ROSA Strandidyll Heringsdorf has parking spaces in the hotel's own parking garage on the neighboring property for €16.00 per day and in the hotel's own underground car park directly in the hotel for €21.00 per day.
