Would you like to take part in a great barbecue event with valuable tips and tricks from our chef? Simply stand in front of the smoker yourself and try something new? Then secure your place on one of our summer barbecue courses.
On various dates from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., both our house guests and guests from outside can learn how to perfectly prepare fish, meat, potatoes and vegetables on the charcoal grill, in the smoker and in the smoker oven. As soon as the next dates are fixed, you can find them here.
