Relaxation and well-being await you in our newly designed sauna area. Here at the A-ROSA Kitzbühel, we want to offer you an all-round relaxing sauna experience. A relaxed atmosphere, excellent materials, sophisticated technology and charming SPA staff ensure your perfect wellness moments.

Organic herbal sauna
Temperature 60 °C | humidity 35 %

Relax with gentle temperatures and the scent of various herbs, medicinal plants and essential oils. An automatic, gentle infusion is carried out every five minutes, which raises the humidity to 35% and heats up the room climate. This bio-sauna is ideal for guests with a weaker circulation and supports the metabolism and sweating.

Enjoy the box seat on the Hahnenkamm and the Streif. This unique, unobstructed view of the mountains, forests and the valley will inspire you .In this sauna, too, the special and untreated wood of the Swiss stone pine becomes part of your sauna experience. The pine aroma of the high alpine conifers hasa very special effect on the body and ensures your relaxation from head to toe.

Perfectly curved and heated floating loungers as well as vaporized minerals such as zinc, magnesium and brine strengthen your immune system and allow you to relaxin the dark, warm steam.

Whether calming and meditative sauna ceremonies or euphoric infusions with our sauna masters: In the Euphoria event sauna ,we heat you up daily at 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. with changing infusions. This sauna offers you as a visitor impressive light, fog and sound technology to accompany the infusion ceremonies.

Furnished and panelled with sunburnt old wood from mountain farms and alpine huts, the Quiet relaxation room, for example, also offers you an idyllic retreat.
