In our Walser "Guten Stube", the Carnozet restaurant, you can experience regional Austrian tavern cuisine in the best sense of the word – honest, authentic, genuine. And all this in an urban-alpine ambience, surrounded by sunburned spruce wood paneling, with a blazing open fire and a unique view of the impressive Kleinwalsertal valley.

In addition to traditional, classic cuisine, head chef Sascha Kemmerer always focuses on using only the best products, which he sources from quality suppliers in Kleinwalsertal, the Bregenz Forest and the Allgäu. He has a long-standing partnership and friendship with them, based among other things on the same sophisticated understanding of cultivation, animal husbandry, hunting and production processes.
