18 points and a star in the foodie firmament
Today's chef de cuisine completed his vocational training between 1997 and 2000 under Austria's first-ever winner of a Michelin Star, Ortwin Adam.
In 1978, Ortwin Adam became the first Austrian chef to be chosen for the sought-after award – and his base was right here at this hotel, then simply called Ifen Hotel. Sascha Kemmerer spent many years perfecting his art at various top restaurants and since the opening of today's A-ROSA Ifen Hotel (formerly Travel Charme), he has been responsible for its culinary delights – with incredible success.

Lisa's love of gastronomy and the hotel industry developed during her childhood, when she visited numerous excellent restaurants with her parents. The pleasant feeling of hospitality and warmth that she experienced there left a lasting impression on her and motivated her to later train as a hotel manageress so that she could pass this feeling on to her own guests.
Her affinity for wine was shaped by her father, who usually acquired his knowledge of fine wines himself and was happy to share it with his daughter. After her training and her first years of work at the Schlosshotel Kronberg and other positions, Lisa was appointed restaurant manager of the Kilian Stuba at the Ifen Hotel Kleinwalsertal in 2022. Today, she is the service manager of all gastronomic areas of the hotel, whose wine cellar houses over 500 fine wines, creates a warm and relaxed atmosphere with her team and provides expert advice on the perfect accompaniments to the creations from Sascha Kemmerer's kitchen.
